Simon Watt is a biologist who loves all things science. He brings his Ready, Steady, Science program to schools, museums, theatres and festivals across the UK to teach kids about science through fun, hands-on experiments. Simon is also president of the Ugly Animal Preservation Society (for real!) and is working to raise awareness for some very interesting…different…okay, ugly animals. some animals may be ugly, but they do help balance out the world’s biodiversity. for example the dung beetle
#10 it help’s to get rid of other animals poop by finding a female, mating and then laying eggs in the poo and when the eggs hatch, the babies eat the poop. it may sound super gross but it still helps get rid of other animals poop, imagine if the dung beetle was extinct, the whole world would be covered in poop! EWWW!
the giant salamander is super cool I’ve watched a show about them they’re really hard to catch. but in my opinion they should stay in the wild, free and unharmed! GO EARTH RANGERS PROTECT THE WILD!
Aye-Ayes are kind of cute.
