On Saturday morning, when you’re curled up watching cartoons with a big bowl of cheerios, Keegan is likely at the zoo where he takes photographs and draws the animals. Keegan especially loves to visit the Grizzly Bears, who just happen to be one of the animals that Earth Rangers is working to protect in the Great Bear Rainforest of British Columbia. Keegan decided to take action and help out his favourite animal, and with a few clicks, he created a Bring Back the Wild campaign, made an avatar, and pledged to help protect the Grizzly Bear.
Ranger Deed
This Super Ranger, future zookeeper, artist or professional hockey player, can’t decide what he loves more: animals or hockey. Thankfully, Keegan found a way to make his 6th birthday party about both by having a Bring Back the Wild themed birthday with a delicious looking hockey cake.
Instead of asking for presents, this animal-loving young man asked for donations to his Bring Back the Wild campaign, turning his birthday celebration into a way to help protect the Grizzly Bear. Keegan’s friends got some trading cards and checked out the website (we are still waiting to hear who got the top score on the games!) The guests all gave generously to Keegan’s Bring Back the Wild Campaign, helping this young man protect the Grizzly Bear and have his special birthday wish come true.
On behalf of the Grizzlies in the Great Bear Rainforest, “Thank you, Super Ranger Keegan!”
