I help out by putting food scraps into our green bin or our composter. My Dad uses the compost from his composter for our garden.

When I do this challenge my mom says we will start keeping track of all of the food we waste for an entire year after the challenge . We are going to try and reduce it forever. Food is expensive for the earth and the pocket book. Mom says for every week after the challenge that we have no food waste I can have a toonie toward my campaign!
