Coconut Mallow Eagle

Coconut Mallow Eagle

Time:25 min Difficulty:Easy

You may have heard of the bald eagle, or a harpy eagle, but what about a mallow eagle? It’s a real sweetie!

Here’s what you need:

  • A Marshmallow
  • Shredded Coconut
  • A sticky spread (like peanut butter, jelly, jam, honey, or frosting)
  • Chocolate chips
  • A cashew, almond, or peanut

Here’s how you make it:

Step 1: Spoon your chosen spread into a small bowl. We used both chocolate spread and honey for two different eagles but you only need to pick one spread.

Step 2: Roll your marshmallow around in the bowl. Make sure it’s completely covered in the spread and very sticky. Tip: you may want to use a spoon so your fingers don’t get dirty.

Step 3: Pour your shredded coconut into a new bowl and dip your marshmallow in it. Try to get it completely coated in coconut pieces.

Step 4: Give your eagle a beak by poking a hole in the marshmallow and adding in your nut.

Step 5: Finish your eagle off with a pair of eyes! Grab two chocolate chips and with some remaining breakfast spread, stick them on above its beak.

There you have it! Your mallow eagle is done! All that’s left is to gobble it up!
