Congratulations to the winners of the May 2024 Earth Rangers Clubs Mission Contest:
Eco-Lady’s Sidekicks of Sir Samuel Steele Public School (Whitby, ON)!
This club has been busy all year. They just knocked a Rubbish Round-Up out of the park! Thanks to them, their schoolyard and neighbourhood is a cleaner and greener place to be. Way to go!
Other Earth Rangers Clubs across Canada have been taking action for our environment, too!
The McGivney Eco Knights of Brampton, ON, saw a problem – too many paper towels in the trash bin on pizza day – and found a solution! They challenged students to bring a reusable plate from home. Thanks to their thoughtfulness, they’ve dramatically decreased waste at their school!
École Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption, Victoriaville, QC
Reusing is a great way to reduce waste. That’s why the students at Notre-Dame de l’Assomption in Victoriaville, QC threw a swap meet! They invited their community to swap clothes, books, and games. One person’s trash became another person’s treasure. It was a huge success!
John de Graff School, Winnipeg, MB
Students at John de Graff have been making a difference through many of our missions! From their Battery Blitz recycling drive to their Rubbish Round Up, they’re reducing waste and making their community cleaner and greener.
This fall, we’re launching a fun Earth Rangers Clubs Quest that all Eco-Clubs can join.
Are you a member of your school’s Eco Club? Would you like to do the Earth Rangers Club Quest? Let us know in the comments!
